Keoni's Story:

Unrecruited out of high school, Keoni Thiim had zero scholarship offers and no clear path to college volleyball. Determined to play at the next level, he walked on at Santa Barbara City College (SBCC) and relentlessly trained to increase his vertical and refine his skills. His dedication earned him a roster spot at the University of Hawaii, one of the top volleyball programs in the country. After proving himself at Hawaii, Keoni transferred to BYU, a national powerhouse, where he started his final NCAA season as an outside hitter.

Keoni went from being overlooked to playing at two of the most dominant programs in NCAA volleyball. Now, we are sharing a training system that helped players increase their vertical, build explosiveness, and compete at the highest level.
