Refund Policy

At Bounce Recruiting, we are dedicated to providing top-tier volleyball recruiting services to help athletes navigate the college recruitment process. Every service we offer requires significant time, expertise, and direct communication with college programs. Because of the nature of our work, all sales are final, and we do not guarantee specific recruiting outcomes, scholarship offers, or roster placements.

However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to request a refund. Refunds are not automatically granted and will be considered only at our sole discretion under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund Consideration:

  1. Service Not Rendered: If you have made a payment but have not received any services from Bounce Recruiting within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund.
  2. Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of medical emergencies, family hardships, or unforeseen personal situations, we may consider partial refunds or service credits. Documentation may be required.
  3. Duplicate Payment: If you were mistakenly charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Completed Services: If a service has been delivered in full (e.g., highlight video completed, coach outreach initiated, or recruiting plan provided), no refund will be issued.
  • Failure to Follow Up: If an athlete or family fails to respond to outreach efforts or provide necessary information to complete the service, refunds will not be considered.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted simply because you no longer wish to proceed with our recruiting services.
  • Lack of Offers: While we use our extensive network and proven strategies to maximize recruiting success, we cannot guarantee specific recruitment results. Refunds will not be issued based on the outcome of the recruiting process.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please email bouncerecruiting@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Date of purchase
  • Detailed reason for your refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (if applicable)

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

By purchasing any service from Bounce Recruiting, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
